Will hypnosis really help?

Most people walk out at the end of a double session (two hours) as a non-smoker. We do it that way because it is more effective to combine the preparation and the RealChange Hypnosis in one session. For the few that need it, there is an additional session without charge (that's available because about one person in twenty has other problems linked to smoking).
