Who comes back? A very few people have complex emotional issues attached to smoking which need more attention.

What if I can’t be hypnotised? If you want to quit smoking and want to do it through hypnosis, you can be hypnotised. Some people are just faster than others. [Yes, exceptions apply to some
 people whose brain or mental function is not normal.]

I’m frightened of hypnosis! Bring a relative or friend. They just sit there, as an observer!

What if I don’t wake up?  Everyone wakes up. It’s just like sleep.

Would I tell things that I want to keep private?  No. You are in control. Often clients talk about things in therapy that they wouldn’t tell anyone else. That’s what they are in therapy for. The therapy is confidential, so nobody else would be told.

I’m scared I’ll put on weight. Mention this and we will frame the process to  ptrevent this. If you quit and start putting on weight, we haven’t solved the problem and you came back to correct this without charge.
